RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Yadkin area. This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges, accompanying them to activities, promoting independence, and ensuring safety.

Shift includes a $1.00 differential for 3pm–10pm; full-time employees receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Minimums include a high school diploma and background checks; lifting and mobility tasks are common parts of the job.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to work with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education on rights and promote healthy living.
• Accompany individuals to work, activities, and community outings.
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and transportation as needed.
• Document care provided and support independent living skills.
• Support decision-making and connect individuals with community resources.
