Compass Health Network is seeking a Community Support Specialist - Residential in Missouri. This full-time role provides personalized, community-based support to adults on behavioral health and substance use recovery goals, meeting clients where they are in homes, offices, and community settings.

You will help individuals set recovery goals, develop daily living skills, access vital services, and build supportive relationships as part of an integrated care team.
