Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Community Support Specialist to partner with adults in behavioral health and recovery goals. You will provide personalized, community-based support in clients' homes, offices, and in the community.

You will help individuals set recovery goals, develop daily living skills, access vital services, and build supportive relationships as part of an integrated care team. Regular driving is required for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults in behavioral health and recovery is preferred.
• Willingness to travel/transport clients as part of service delivery.
