Devereux’s Together in the Community Program seeks a Community Support Professional as an Independent Contractor to deliver one-to-one interventions to adults with autism and developmental disabilities in home, job sites, or community settings in the Pittsburgh area.
You will document services in our EHR, attend review meetings, and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle to transport clients as needed.

This independent contractor opportunity offers the flexibility to work hours that fit your availability while providing meaningful support to individuals in the community.
$20 per hour for a complete Service
Consistent and complete billing submissions will be eligible for a quarterly $250.00 stipend during the first contract year.
The Together in the Community Program provides community-based support services for adults with autism and developmental disabilities, helping build independence, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement. We partner with local school districts to support transition-aged students through life-skills development and real-world community experiences that prepare them for greater independence and future employment opportunities.
If required and part of your assigned cases, a copy of the contractor’s current driver’s license, current vehicle registration and current automobile insurance policy must be submitted with this contract.It is the responsibility of the contractor to maintain a current vehicle inspection, automobile registration, automobile insurance and driver’s license in order to transport consumers for CAAPP-related activities.It is also the responsibility of the contractor to cease transporting clients and to immediately notify the Director of the Program if he or she falls out of compliance with any of the above requirements.Independent contractors will not be reimbursed the cost of mileage.
