Kindly Direct Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with ASD or other disabilities in Sayreville, NJ. You will help individuals stay active, engage in community activities, and build meaningful connections.

Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and engaging, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs. Training is provided to support success and growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete required paid training.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support tailored to each individual''s interests, strengths, and goals.
• Accompany individuals to community activities, restaurants, parks, and events.
• Assist with planning daily activities and maintaining routines.
• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate with supervisors and families.
