UCP of Arkansas/Achieve Community Alliance in Harrison is seeking a supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals in the CES Waiver program. You will oversee a caseload of consumers, ensuring quality, continuity and compliance of services.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (four-year college or 2 years' relevant experience) is required to join our team, which serves individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive family-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree or four-yrs college or 2 yrs equivalent exp. working with individual with development disabilities setting. Supervises multiple (DSP) who provide direct care services within the statewide (CES) Waiver program. Maintains an assigned caseload of consumers while insuring quality, continuity and compliance of services.
