As Team Lead, you will supervise staff, support service delivery, and help individuals achieve personal goals through coordination, training, and behavior management within IP-driven plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.
• You will make a difference every day serving individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services.
• Attend trainings to support individuals served and achieve objectives.
• Orient new employees and model documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with house staffing and staff recruitment.
• Review progress and coordinate shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP or treatment plan.
