Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Team Lead to supervise staff in residence and community settings while delivering direct services to individuals served. You will participate in trainings, coordinate shift objectives, and support staff recruitment and scheduling.

The role emphasizes hands-on service delivery, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the IP and treatment team to achieve individual goals.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while providing direct services to individuals we serve.
• Attend training for individuals served to assure their objectives and company goals are achieved.
• Participate in community outings and house orientation for new employees; serve as a role model for staff with timely documentation.
• Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Review individuals served progress, coordinate, and implement shift objectives.
• Provide services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the IP and treatment team.
