Job summary

Mains’l Services is hiring Community Support Coaches to work with young adults in their apartments, assisting with transportation, meal planning, attending sporting events, and community dinners. You will help individuals build lasting skills and model positive behavior in a supportive setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with teams, and helping clients reach their goals in home and community environments. Willingness to engage in an active, positive environment is essential.

Qualifications

• What you need: a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to gain skills through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling.
• Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and supervisor to problem-solve and foster a positive culture.
• Assist with daily living activities at home or in the community, including transport, meal prep, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Complete clear and accurate documentation.
• Help others reach their hopes and dreams.

The Day-to-Day:

• Support the individuals you work with to gain skills and knowledge through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling
