Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain proper certification to perform CSS and manage this process independently.
• Meet productivity requirements by planning ahead and coordinating with management.
• Provide case management services for Community Support Services clients.
• Provide ongoing assessment and develop appropriate treatment planning.
