Job summary

Community Enrichment Center in Hutchinson, KS is seeking caregivers to provide person-centered support in residential, work, and community settings. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, and mobility support while following individualized plans.

Medication administration and required documentation are part of the role. Applicants should have high school education, strong communication, and compassion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication with individuals and staff.
• Ability to lift, push, and assist with mobility (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Implement Person Centered Support Plans for assigned individuals.
• Assist with daily living skills including meal prep, hygiene, housekeeping, work and leisure activities.
• Administer medication and treatments as required.
• Complete documentation during duties.
• Attend required meetings and report notable incidents to supervisor.
• Provide transportation if approved to drive agency vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
