Job summary

Kentucky River Community Care is seeking a Community Support Associate to provide individual and group sessions at the Hindman location. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience supporting youth ages 14–25, plus ability to use an EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder.
• Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group sessions.
• Teach emotion regulation, crisis coping, independent living skills, and related skills.
• Educate clients on community resources and access to them.
• Complete billing per agency policies.
• Complete needed requests, order supplies, and perform grocery shopping as required.
• Drive transportation van.
