Job summary

Pathways to Community is seeking a Program Support Professional I to assist individuals in Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Anoka and Washington Counties. The role requires providing daily care, administering medications, cooking, housekeeping, and transporting clients to appointments and events.

The position is a float role across the Twin Cities metro area with shifts a minimum of 2 per week and pay of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Willingness to undergo DHS and nationwide background checks.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily needs including personal cares.
• Administer medications as assigned.
• Assist with cooking and housework.
• Provide constant supervision of individuals.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community events.
