Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Support individuals to identify goals and personal outcomes.
• Accompany people to work, trips and community activities.
• Teach independent living skills and provide transportation when needed.
• Document care provided and protect confidentiality.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration where allowed.
