Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Community Solar Operations Intern to support the daily operations behind our community solar programs. You will review enrollments, document processes, support billing, reporting, and subscriber services while learning renewable energy program operations.

You will work with the Community Solar team, gain exposure to cross-functional partners, and develop data analysis, process improvement, and project management skills in a collaborative internship environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field with interest in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct customer enrollments and assist with enrollment processing.
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues to the Operations team.
• Document current workflows and suggest improvements for clarity and efficiency.
• Assist with subscriber billing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Support automated billing processes and reporting for billing accuracy.
• Prepare developer reports and track key metrics for insights.
• Explore opportunities to automate reporting processes.
