Job summary

Independent Living Services, Inc. is looking for a Community Skills Trainer to work with individuals in home and community settings.

The CST will provide supervision, training and support under the Managers' supervision, in group and one-on-one settings, guided by the Service Plan and IPP. Responsibilities include advocating for clients, promoting self-direction, developing relationships, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid AR driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment.
• Must lift at least 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and training to individuals.
• Support individuals per IPP and Service Plan.
• Maintain documentation and data sheets daily.
• Attend staff trainings and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality.
