Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Driver, Shuttle (Class B) to operate the VOALA passenger shuttle and related vehicles, transporting program participants and staff to various locations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Requirements include a valid Class B California CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months), clean driving record, fingerprint clearance, and at least one year of delivery or passenger driving experience.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to obtain a California Class B CDL within 6 months.
• One year of delivery or passenger driver experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports program participants to and from various locations.
• Operates VOALA passenger shuttle and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Assists with kitchen delivery and inter-agency pick-ups as needed.
• Maintains trip records and vehicle maintenance as required.
