Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle Driver responsibilities for daily transportation to community locations.
• Maintain/update daily shuttle schedules and calendars.
• Communicate maintenance and safety issues to the Community Manager.
• Keep daily logs as required by management.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and service.
• Enforce community policies and demonstrate a positive image of the community.
