Job summary

Asset Living at Dublin Ranch is seeking a Shuttle Driver to manage daily shuttle transportation for the community and to maintain accurate shuttle schedules. You will also communicate maintenance needs to the Community Manager and ensure residents receive prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, enforcing policies, and providing exceptional customer relations while upholding safety standards and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily shuttle routes between community and required locations.
  • Create and maintain the daily shuttle schedule.
  • Communicate maintenance, cleaning and safety items to the Community Manager.
  • Maintain daily logs as required by Community Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and manage service requests.
  • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.

SHUTTLE DRIVER

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community.Shuttle Driver is also responsible for the calendar upkeep of shuttles needed for the community in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager.

  • Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations daily
  • Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule
  • Responsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager
  • Responsible for daily logs as required by Community Manager
  • Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
  • Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
  • Customer & Resident Relations
  • Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
  • Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
  • Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
  • Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers, assessing the accuracy, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • The employee is frequently required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.
  • The employee is occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like, move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects of up to 25 lbs. in all directions, lift and place objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery or power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, identify and inspect objects, be able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies) work in small and/or enclosed spaces, traverse flat and non-flat terrain, work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind, be exposed to hazardous chemicals.

Salary Range: $22 per hour to $22 per hour
