Job summary

Coastal Villages Region Fund (CVRF) seeks a Customer Service Representative I to support the Community Service Center in Anchorage and regional communities. The role combines program support with outreach, customer service, and inventory management, with travel required.

You will recruit and supervise seasonal staff, process quotes and billing, and help implement CVRF's economic development programs in alignment with policies.

Qualifications

• Notary Public certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Experience with community outreach and local government liaison.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise seasonal staff (up to 120).
• Raise community awareness and distribute outreach materials.
• Liaise with local governments and monitor trends for CVRF operations.
