Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years’ property management experience from the administrative or service side of the business.
• Customer Service, Administrative, Quality Control or inspection experience is a strong plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs with contractors, track, and_inspect work by contractors or vendors.
• Schedule the service team for turnovers, painting, floors, carpets and cleaning.
• Inspect vacant apartments to ensure occupancy readiness and report issues to management.
• Support or complete pre-move-out inspections in a timely manner.
• Lead service ticket scheduling and follow up on resident satisfaction after service events.
• Ensure quality control for vendor and service team work, safety, landscape, and projects.
• Act as liaison for vendors and coordinate with managers and staff.
• Conduct community safety meetings.
