Job summary

Region Ten CSB is seeking a Community Services Associate for the MH Residential Team in Charlottesville, VA. This non-exempt role provides direct supportive services in group homes and apartments, focusing on personal care, self-care skills, health monitoring, and medication education.

You will work with care managers, maintain case records, attend team meetings, and help clients access community resources. A valid VA driver’s license and QMHP-Eligible or QMHP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and QMHP-Eligible or QMHP or CPRS certification.
• Knowledge of recovery concepts and service planning processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with care managers and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supportive services to individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Assist with development and monitoring of individualized service plans.
• Explain and support medication education and management.
• Document and maintain case records for Medicaid reimbursement.
• Collaborate with care teams and community providers.
