Job summary

The City of Nacogdoches is hiring a Part-Time Museum Assistant to support our Historic Sites division. You will lead tours at four historic sites during operating hours, including Saturdays, and assist with research, planning and evaluation of department programs.

You will also perform general office duties and participate in site maintenance, including gardening, to help bring our local history to life for visitors and students alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
