Job summary

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a case worker/cashier to support thrift-store operations in Frankfort, IN. You will assist customers, process deposits with a team, answer calls, and maintain the store environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license. Eligible employees enjoy benefits such as health, wellness, RX and PTO offerings, flexible work options, and paid holidays; Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Able to speak, write and understand English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn electronic reporting systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and Driver’s qualification standard; Safe From Harm training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Client Assistance
• Make Daily Deposits with 2 staff members
• Answer Phone calls and take messages
• Hang racks of clothing
• General upkeep of store
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership
