Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience with public contact preferred.
• Experience in a law enforcement or related agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer public inquiries in person and over the phone; direct to appropriate units.
• Classify and record complaints; maintain logs and reports.
• Assist with desk operations, property, and traffic enforcement duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments and agencies; promote community policing principles.
