Hamilton County is seeking a field supervisor to oversee community service crews and transport offenders to worksites. You will train new crew leaders, ensure vehicle readiness, and enforce safety protocols across sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, generating daily reports, coordinating shifts, and maintaining positive relations with staff and offenders. A high school diploma and valid license are required; first aid/CPR and defensive driving certifications must be obtained

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Defensive Driving certification required at time of hire or within three months of date of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
