Qualifications

• Exceptional de-escalation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility to deter unlawful actions while ensuring safety.
• Monitor alarm systems and engage with guests, staff, and service providers.
• Lead de-escalation efforts and provide crisis support when needed.
• Assist guests in accessing housing, shelter, and services with dignity.
