Job summary

Children & Families First in Delaware seeks a full-time Community Schools Site Administrator to lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee site operations and supervise staff. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and advocacy to meet school and community needs.

Responsibilities include program budgeting, partnership development, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field; Master’s desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with common applications.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated competency in program growth and development.
• Strong interpersonal management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Ability to form professional helping relationships.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide program site services including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and advocacy.
• Plan and facilitate community schools offerings for students, parents, and community members.
• Budgeting and fiscal accountability.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Prepare and maintain timely documentation, reports and records.
• Collaborate with community members, school principal, faculty and participating agencies.
• Develop partnerships and advise partners, and facilitate a school advisory board.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and data collection for evaluation processes.
• Implement and monitor program operations in line with policies and objectives.
