The Breathe Project is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) model in assigned school sites. You will serve as the primary liaison among schools, families, and community partners to ensure integrated supports align with student needs.
You will coordinate services across four pillars—integrated supports, extended learning time, family/community engagement, and collaborative leadership—while fostering equity and a positive school climate.

The Site Coordinator plays a central role in implementing the Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) model at their assigned school site. This position serves as the primary liaison between the school, families, and community partners to ensure integrated support services are aligned with student and family needs. The Site Coordinator facilitates collaborative planning, coordinates wraparound service, and fosters a welcoming school climate that promotes equity, academic achievement, and whole-child development.
The Site Coordinator will manage and integrate services within each of the Four Pillars of Community Schools.
