Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to advance student attendance, family engagement, enrollment growth, and robust community partnerships at Restoration Academy in Brooklyn.

As a connector across teams, you will bridge student support, family empowerment, and community resources to ensure students have the conditions they need to thrive. DOE fingerprinting is required, with 2 years in community schools or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, enrollment, and after‑school initiatives with Admissions and branding.
• Oversee daily attendance, data transfers, and attendance reports; drive improvement.
• Engage families through Family Empowerment Team, PTA, and SLT; connect to community resources.
• Support students in temporary housing (STH) and coordinate resources and outreach.
