Legacy at Falcon Point is seeking a passionate Community Sales Partner dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. You will support the Sales Director in maximizing occupancy while engaging in community activities and ensuring excellent service. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales or leasing office experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Sales Director to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Provide necessary sales activities to achieve move-in goals.
  • Participate in onsite marketing events.

Highlights of the Community Sales Partner Position:

  • Supports the Community Sales’ Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments. A passion for helping seniors
  • Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Community’s sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
  • Support for onsite marketing events
  • Participation in tour support
