In this role, you will support the Director in increasing occupancy and meeting sales goals, all while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents. • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.

• Supports the Community Sales’ Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy.
• Works to achieve and exceed the Community’s sales and move-in goals.
• Participation in tour support.

Highlights of the Community Sales Partner Position:

• Supports the Community Sales’ Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments. A passion for helping seniors
• Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Community’s sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
• Support for onsite marketing events
• Participation in tour support
