Job summary

Agemark Senior Living's Symphony Pointe in Elkhorn, NE, is seeking a Full-Time Community Sales & Marketing Assistant. You will partner with the Sales Consultant to engage prospects, coordinate tours, and host community events, helping families find the right home.

The role emphasizes building relationships, guiding families through move-in/out processes, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and prospects. Experience in sales/marketing or senior living is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communicator who naturally connects with people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping seniors and families.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and tours.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Success: collaborate with the Sales Consultant to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and help maintain occupancy.
• Plan & Host Events: coordinate tours, open houses, and community events showcasing Symphony Pointe.
• Build Relationships: create lasting connections with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and partners.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: guide move-ins and move-outs with personalized support.
• Promote the Community: respond to inquiries, schedule tours, manage deposits and fees, ensure positive first impressions.
• Collaborate & Contribute: work with team to deliver outstanding experiences for residents and families.

What You\'ll Do

• Support Sales Success: Partner with the Sales Consultant to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and help maintain 95%+ occupancy.
• Plan & Host Events: Coordinate tours, open houses, and community events that showcase what makes Symphony Pointe special.
• Build Relationships: Create lasting connections with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Guide families through the move-in and move-out process with personalized support.
• Promote the Community: Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, manage deposits and fees, and ensure every visitor has a positive first impression.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with team members to provide an outstanding experience for residents, prospects, and their families.
