Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, NE, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to run restaurant and bar operations, build a strong team, and deliver hospitality that residents look forward to every day.
Lead day-to-day operations, recruit and coach staff, and plan special dining experiences while ensuring food safety, quality, and resident satisfaction in an upscale setting.

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant and bar operations, develop a strong team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in our upscale senior living community.

Oversee day-to-day food, beverage, restaurant, and bar operations
Create an exceptional dining experience centered around resident preferences and hospitality
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong dining services team
Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling to support daily operations
Be a visible, hands‑on leader and step in to support the team when needed
Plan special dining experiences, events, and celebrations
Oversee food quality, presentation, service standards, and resident satisfaction
Manage food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, inventory, and budgets
Build relationships with residents and families and respond to feedback with care

Food and beverage management experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, restaurant, or similar operations
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
A hospitality-focused mindset with high standards for service and quality
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance management responsibilities with hands‑on operational support
Hospitality education or relevant certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as operational needs require
