Job summary

Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, NE, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to run restaurant and bar operations, build a strong team, and deliver hospitality that residents look forward to every day.

Lead day-to-day operations, recruit and coach staff, and plan special dining experiences while ensuring food safety, quality, and resident satisfaction in an upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage management experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Hospitality education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day food, beverage, restaurant, and bar operations.
• Create an exceptional dining experience centered around resident preferences and hospitality.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong dining services team.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling to support daily operations.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader and step in to support the team when needed.
• Plan special dining experiences, events, and celebrations.
• Oversee food quality, presentation, service standards, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, inventory, and budgets.
• Build relationships with residents and families and respond to feedback with care.

What You’ll Do
