Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Randolph Township, NJ, is seeking a Community Sales Associate to build relationships with referral sources, tour prospective residents and their families, and coordinate move-ins. You will support the Community Sales Directors with data entry, marketing collateral, and scheduling appointments.

We value strong sales skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. 2+ years supporting a sales team required; MS Office proficiency is essential.

• Provide support to the Community Sales Directors in terms of data entry, maintaining a supply of marketing collateral, and scheduling appointments.

Salary Range

USD $26.25 - USD $30.25 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program.

Our Community Sales Associates also are part of our sales commission program, which is not part of listed pay range. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• You have 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar professional experience.
• You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
• No matter how busy you are, you are organized and can multi-task.
• Your communication and customer service skills are top notch!
