Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Associate in Norwalk, CT to grow a strong sales pipeline and engage with referral sources while planning creative marketing events. You will tour prospective residents and families and help coordinate the move-in process for new residents.

You will support Community Sales Directors with data entry, keeping marketing collateral stocked, and scheduling appointments, contributing to a high-energy, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar role.
• Strong ability to connect with people and close leads.
• Advanced skills with MS Office products.
• Well-organized and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Salary Range

USD $26.25 - USD $30.25 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Our Community Sales Associates also are part of our sales commission program, which is not part of listed pay range. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
