Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a community-based care unit, welcoming both new graduates and experienced RNs. The position offers a stable day-shift schedule with PRN opportunities of at least 24 hours every 6 weeks and two 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, care planning, patient education, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Benefits cover health, retirement, tuition assistance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; 2+ years of experience preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and communicating individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Education
