Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• Prior nursing experience required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or community care a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare services for individuals in group homes.
• Perform nursing assessments and clinical evaluations.
