This full-time role works with clients and community partners to implement place-based programs funded by Choice Neighborhood Initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging partners, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, tracking outcomes, and reporting progress to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years nonprofit or human services experience with increasing responsibility in project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and empower team members, residents, and service partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and data-driven program design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct strategies to ensure family stability and thriving in the target area.
• Identify and engage high-impact partners to meet program goals.
• Lead and support sub-contractors and partners across sectors in program implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key organizations and service providers.
• Monitor data and report outcomes; track progress in LEARN system.
