Job summary

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Community Resource Manager to connect community generosity with program needs, coordinating in-kind donations and non-monetary resources across multiple sites. This role emphasizes organization, relationship building, and cross-team collaboration to meet housing, shelter, and program goals.

You will lead seasonal giving initiatives, oversee the Cherry Street Food Bank, supervise two part-time staff, and work with partners to ensure donors receive

Qualifications

• Combination of education and/or experience in nonprofit programs, community engagement, resource coordination, operations, volunteer services, development, or related area.
• Experience supervising or leading employees or volunteers is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between sites and partner locations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources such as toiletries, household goods, school supplies, and food across YWCA programs.
• Develop systems for collecting and prioritizing resource requests across programs.
• Manage purchasing, ordering, and distribution of program resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and donors to support resource needs.
