Job summary

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Community Resource Manager to connect donor generosity with program needs across multiple sites, coordinating in-kind gifts, supplies, and food bank operations. You will supervise two part-time staff, build partnerships with businesses and community groups, and lead seasonal giving initiatives such as Holiday Giving and back-to-school drives.

This onsite role requires strong organization, communication, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supervising or leading employees or projects.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program resources, purchases, and distribution across YWCA locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and donors.
• Lead seasonal giving initiatives and coordinate food bank operations.
• Oversee Food Bank staff and food sourcing, inventory, and distribution.
• Maintain records of donations, inventory, and program resource activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance program needs and resource allocation.
