Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an entry-level Community Resources Coordinator in Peabody, MA. You will help residents create activities and social clubs, welcome new residents, and manage meeting-space calendars.

The role values a strong team mindset, enthusiasm, and organization, with solid Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to new systems. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in service-related roles, including volunteer work or public service.
  • Experience working with senior citizens is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with residents to plan, promote, and coordinate activities and events.
  • Perform preliminary work for monthly calendars.
  • Facilitate communication about activities among residents and staff.
  • Create flyers for events and write articles for community bulletins.
  • Arrange audio/visual equipment with vendors for presentations.
  • Serve as the information center for resident inquiries.

Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a Community Resources Coordinator to bring their passion for resident engagement to our campus. This is an entry level position offering growth opportunity and career advancement.

In this role, you would act as a resource for residents in the creation of activities and social organizations within the independent living community, serve as the welcome home ambassador for incoming/new residents, maintain calendar bookings for all meeting space, field resident inquiries, and special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role requires a strong team player with a high level of enthusiasm, a can‑do attitude, and strong organizational skills. Must have solid computer skills and easily adapt to new technology and systems.

Compensation: commensurate with experience; $21-$25 per hour.

What you will need
