Frederick County Government is seeking a Program Manager to oversee SOAR operations across MAP, AERS, DSS, and Service Coordination. This professional class is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Supporting Older Adults with Resources (SOAR) operations across multiple programs and agencies providing leadership, operational oversight, and cross agency visibility to support a unified, person-centered continuum of care. Positions in this class manages intake, screening, assessment, and service alignment processes with an emphasis on reducing duplication and maintaining regulatory compliance. Coordinates directly with Maryland Department of Aging regarding all referred expenditures related to Home Supports Program (HSP), the HSP waitlist, and Service Coordination. The Program Manager leads interdisciplinary meetings, monitors key operational metrics, and ensures consistent documentation and reporting across MAP, AERS, DSS, and Service Coordination for Seniors.
NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy. For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate, with limited exception.
