Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a driven coordinator to support resiliency programs for service members and families. You will help design, organize, and evaluate peer support networks across assigned commands, ensuring alignment with USSOCOM CPPNC standards.

The role emphasizes recruiting and vetting counselors, collecting data for formative and outcome evaluations, and collaborating with DoD resources like MFLC and Military OneSource to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services, or related field.
• Four years’ experience providing social service education or work/family life consultation or coordination services.
• Minimum of two years’ experience coordinating social service education programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and evaluate peer support programs and services.
• Recruit and train peer support counselors.
• Collect and report data for program evaluations.
• Serve as liaison for community and family support.
• Communicate using media and social media.
