Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Community Residence Counselor (CRC) at The Pavilion at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA. Under the direction of the Program Manager, this role provides direct patient care within the therapeutic milieu and follows the current treatment plan.
The position requires rotating day/evening shifts, every other weekend, and involves documentation, teamwork, and patient rounds. A High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Community Residence Counselor (CRC) provides direct patient care and participates in the therapeutic milieu within the scope of defined practice.
This position follows a rotating schedule of day and evening shifts and requires working every other weekend.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.

Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred.
One year of patient care or related experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting 1-2 years preferred.
The Pavilion at McLean Hospital is the premiere residential program in the country providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adults 18 and older with a wide range of complex psychiatric illnesses including depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, and contributing personality issues.
