Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of INSPIRE research programs (Faith, CA, USA).
• Coordinate in-person activities for INSPIRE Faith and logistics of live sessions.
• Coordinate program staff, students, and volunteers; onboarding and training.
• Support recruitment, retention, and outreach across programs.
• Attend community meetings to represent INSPIRE programs and CDU.
• Oversee online engagement platform and data-capture elements with the tech team.
• Monitor metrics and feedback to inform program leadership decisions.
