Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S.) in Health Sciences; business/admin/public health experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years coordinating research programs, academic/clinical settings preferred.
• Experience with grants or program management, tracking deliverables and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of INSPIRE research programs (Faith, CA, USA).
• Coordinate in-person activities for INSPIRE Faith, about two days per week on-site.
• Support program staff, students, and volunteers; onboarding and training.
• Assist with participant recruitment, retention, and outreach; develop promotional materials.
• Attend community meetings, faith-partner gatherings, and health events.
