Job Summary

The Community Relations Specialist engages with the community through marketing, partnerships with Medicare sales agents, event coordination, and senior community immersion. The goal is to build brand awareness, facilitate membership growth, and support a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with community organizations such as senior centers, faith-based groups, civic leaders, and food pantries to promote awareness and drive membership.
  • Coordinate participation in senior-focused community events and host events at our centers.
  • Collaborate with Membership Consultants and the Marketing Growth Manager to execute growth strategies and meet targets.
  • Partner with sales channels, including Medicare agents and brokers, to generate leads and new patients.
  • Track event outcomes, leads, and new memberships to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
  • Represent ArchWell Health as an ambassador in the community.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Established community relationships.
  • 4+ years in community outreach or sales (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare settings or with Medicare plans (preferred).
  • High energy and passion for senior care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
