Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Specialist for a Metrowest retail client. This 12-month, onsite role requires 3+ years of coordination experience in nonprofit, grant administration, or community relations.

You will update grant trackers, vet funding requests, support sponsorships, and move grant activities through the system while serving as a resource for external partners. Strong reporting, data analytics, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a

  • 4- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 5- Experience with database management and/or data analytics.
  • 6- Experience working in highly collaborative setting with multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • 7- Ability to manage multiple processes and workstreams at the same time.
  • 8- Strong customer relations skills.
  • 9- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • 10- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (emphasis on intermediate level Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution of grant programs, including moving requests through the grant management system
  • Serves as a resource for database questions from external partners, including nonprofit grantees and applicants, and is the point of contact for external troubleshooting
  • Tracks and monitors event sponsorships, including guest lists
  • Supports research needs and other miscellaneous projects as assigned
