Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Specialist for a 12-month, onsite role three days per week in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of coordination experience in nonprofit, grant, or community relations settings.

You will update grant trackers, support grant funding requests and sponsorships, move requests through the grant management system, and act as a primary contact for external partners and data queries. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate systems and maintain databases
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize across projects
• Self-motivated and autonomous with strong results focus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with database management and/or data analytics
• Experience in collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple processes and workstreams
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate Excel)
• Knowledge of nonprofit sector is a plus

Responsibilities

• Update grant program trackers and monitor statuses and budgets
• Support grant funding requests, sponsorships, vet nonprofit organizations and perform initial reviews
• Assist in executing grant programs and process requests through grant management system
• Serve as a resource for external partners and troubleshoot database questions
• Track and monitor event sponsorships and guest lists
• Support research and other related projects as assigned
